Welcome to Kahani Nani.

Kahani Nani shares timeless stories that have been lovingly retold for today’s children.

Many of our stories are inspired by traditional tales that have been passed down through generations, including stories from the Ramayan, the Mahabharat, the Panchatantra, Aesop’s Fables, the Brothers Grimm, and other classic collections.

Our versions are respectful adaptations created to encourage kindness, courage, curiosity, empathy, and thoughtful conversations between children and the adults who read with them.

They are not intended to replace, reinterpret, or represent the original texts, cultural traditions, or scholarly translations from which they draw inspiration.

While every effort has been made to present these stories with care and respect, the views, language, characters, and endings have sometimes been adapted to better suit contemporary family reading.

The information and stories on this website are provided for general educational and entertainment purposes only.

By using this website, you acknowledge that these stories are creative adaptations created by Kahani Nani.

If you have any questions about a story or would like to discuss the original source material, we would be delighted to hear from you through our Contact page.

Thank you for being part of the Kahani Nani community.

With love,

Nani 🪔
